Repro department

As a result of improved technologies and staff training we are now able to receive print ready files in digital format.
We assess these files and, depending on the nature of the job, produce either litho positives or go directly to ‘Computer to Plate’ through a bureau.

In order that we receive what we require please ensure that you give us the following: -

A PDF of the job for checking purposes.
An open, industry standard graphics program file in which the text has been converted to paths/curves. Ensure that all links, where applicable, have been included.
Please note that we cannot accommodate any designs that have been created in any of the Microsoft Office suite of programs as they are incompatible with repro equipment.

Ensure that all scans and pictures have been converted to CMYK (ie they must not be in RGB format).

Once your file is ready it can be emailed to repro@hallmarkpress.co.za for attention Sonia. Please do not email files larger than 8MB. Rather write it onto a CD and we will collect from you.
